Commercial Property - Graduate Scheme

Duration: 2 years

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a FTSE UK Real Estate Investment Trust focussed on high quality Retail, Offices, Residential, Logistics and Life Science. You will play an active part in creating places that meet the needs of our customers.

You will take part in four rotations across the following areas:

• Leasing - Learn how to identify and engage with prospective new customers. This dynamic team are the principal customer facing team in the business and are responsible for ensuring our product evolves to anticipate our customers' future needs.
• Property Management - Spend time with our Property Management team who have unrivalled experience in operational and facilities management, building systems and surveying.
• Analysis - Our analysis team provide an interface between Finance and the rest of the business. This team will focus on supporting development, investment, and leasing, in addition to reporting and corporate forecasting.
• Valuations - A short secondment with one of our external valuation partners to provide you with an in depth understanding of real estate valuations.

Throughout your rotations, you will have a dedicated APC Mentor to talk you through your APC journey and be on hand to answer any queries. Additionally, you will be welcomed into our NextGen committee, who focus supporting new talent and ensuring you have the right platform for success.

Summer Intern (Commercial Property Pathway)

Duration: 6 weeks

Experience life at one of the UK's leading property companies over the summer, with opportunities to spend time with one of our exciting departments. In the past our interns were placed in departments such as Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management and Analysis.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn whilst working and gaining experience from our colleagues who are experts in their fields. You can learn new skills, expand your knowledge and grow your professional network through our apprenticeship offerings. Our apprentices have studied various courses at different levels: Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, Business Analytics, Software Development and Digital and Technology Solutions.
